During my time as a medical student researcher in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at UT Southwestern, I saw firsthand how essential creativity and attention to detail are in achieving natural, satisfying results. My background as a recreational artist, designer, and inventor strengthens my work as a surgeon, enabling me to craft results that suit each individual’s facial structure and hair growth patterns. Understanding how the hairline complements facial features is critical in producing seamless, natural-looking outcomes.

My academic journey began here in Dallas at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and continued at UT Southwestern Medical School, one of the nation’s top programs, especially in medical research. I conducted research in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department under the guidance of world-renowned surgeon Dr. Rod Rohrich and completed my postgraduate internship in general surgery at UCSD Medical Center in San Diego.
Dr.Amani has volunteered his services pro bono by providing corrective dermatological and facial surgical procedures to underserved children in Latin America.
