Consultations with Dr. Armani at Armani Medical are generally available within approximately 30 to 60 days after initial contact with our clinic staff. This is due in part to Dr. Armani’s commitment to personally meeting with every consultation patient for approximately 30 to 60 minutes, allowing sufficient time for a thorough evaluation, discussion of treatment options, and individualized recommendations. Unlike some practices that utilize consultants or sales staff for the initial evaluation process, Dr. Armani personally conducts each consultation. For individuals who wish to begin the evaluation process sooner, a preliminary virtual consultation may often be arranged in advance. This initial discussion allows patients to better understand their options, receive an early assessment, and determine whether an in-person consultation may be appropriate.
Hair transplant procedures are typically scheduled approximately 6 to 12 months in advance. This is largely due to the fact that Dr. Armani limits his surgical schedule to only one hair transplant procedure per day, a deliberate decision that allows for complete focus, precision, and individualized attention throughout every case. For certain highly sought-after periods—particularly summer months and winter vacation periods surrounding major national holidays—surgical dates may occasionally be scheduled more than 12 months in advance.
