At Armani Medical, every hair restoration plan is customized to the individual patient’s pattern of hair loss, goals, and donor characteristics. Because no two cases are identical, pricing is best determined after a comprehensive in-person or virtual consultation. Procedures are typically based on the coverage area and the estimated number of follicular grafts required, rather than an exact per-graft count.

The prices listed below are provided for reference only. Procedures are not performed based on a fixed number of follicles or a set cost per follicle, as each treatment is uniquely tailored to the patient’s individual needs and desired outcome.
At Armani Medical, all consultations are personally conducted by Dr. Armani, ensuring that every patient receives a detailed, individualized assessment.
Each visit includes a comprehensive scalp and hair analysis, a clear explanation of the causes and patterns of hair loss, and an evidence-based discussion of the medical and surgical options available to restore and preserve hair growth.
A $200 fee applies for the in-person consultation, which includes a complete hair and scalp evaluation, discussion of treatment options, and prescription review and fulfillment (when indicated).
This consultation fee will be fully credited toward any future hair transplant procedure at Armani Medical if the patient is a candidate and wishes to proceed.
In the rare instance that a patient feels their consultation was not sufficiently informative or beneficial, our clinic will gladly refund the consultation fee in full.
For patients under medical therapy who return for prescription renewal or adjustment, the annual follow-up consultation fee is $150.
This fee is also fully creditable toward any future hair-transplant procedure.
For patients who have undergone a hair-transplant procedure at Armani Medical, all follow-up visits within the first 36 months after surgery are completely complimentary, as they are already included in the surgical fee paid by the patient.
At Armani Medical, we do not employ sales consultants whose primary role is to persuade patients to undergo surgery or purchase ancillary products.
You will meet directly with Dr. Armani, who provides honest, medically grounded recommendations tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Unlike many clinics that offer “free” consultations as part of a sales process, Armani Medical does not sell commercial products such as lasers, “proprietary” medications, or other non-evidence-based items.
A $2,000 deposit is required to reserve a hair-transplant procedure with Dr. Armani. Because we typically perform only one procedure per day, this deposit reserves our surgical team and facility exclusively for you. If a procedure is canceled or postponed for any reason other than a verifiable medical emergency, $1,000 of the deposit is non-refundable to cover the reserved surgical day and staffing commitment.

Cost for Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) methods including Neograft are:
$10,500 for up to 1,000* grafts
Generally $5 per additional transplanted graft
*FUE procedure price will be based mainly on number of follicles placed but can also be adjusted based on other factors including area of coverage. Factors determining procedure cost will be discussed and calculated for each patient individually during consultation.
Corrective or revision procedures may involve individualized pricing adjustments, as they often pose greater technical challenges, require greater precision, and require thoughtful management of a potentially limited donor supply.
We may be able to offer reconstructive transplant procedures for patients whose hair transplantation is required not for typical pattern hair loss, but for highly specialized corrective purposes. These may include scar revisions for scalp scars resulting from brain or cranial surgery, burns, traumatic injury, or facelift or brow-lift scars. We can also address certain corrective needs related to non–hair transplant surgeries performed in the past. Because these procedures vary greatly in complexity and scope, the associated costs are determined on an individual basis and will be discussed during the consultation.
